Terms of Service

Titro is provided by Habitat L.L.C.. By using Titro (the apps and our websites) you agree to these terms.

1. What Titro is

Titro automatically creates subtitles for your videos — in Albanian, English and German — which you can edit, style and export. Accuracy depends on audio quality; Titro always gives you the ability to fix the subtitles yourself in the editor.

2. Your account

You must provide a real email and keep your password safe.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account).

3. Your content

Your videos remain yours. Titro takes no ownership of them.

You grant us only the technical permission to process them — transcription, editing, export.

Subtitle corrections may be used to improve our language model, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must hold the rights to the videos you upload.

4. Plans and minutes

Creator — €4.99/month or €49/year: 300 minutes of video per month, up to 60 minutes per video.

Studio — €29/month or €290/year: no practical limit on minutes, up to 180 minutes per video, invoicing and terms by agreement.

Minutes are counted by video length, not by number of videos.

Translation counts double — a translated one-minute video uses two minutes.

Minutes reset at the start of each month and do not roll over.

Yearly billing gets you two months free.

5. Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record. This means the sale is legally made through it: its name appears at checkout and on your card statement, and it issues the invoice. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel yourself at any time and keep using the service until the end of the paid period. If you subscribe inside the App Store app, payment and cancellation are managed by Apple under its rules.

Prices may change with advance notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6. Prohibited use

Unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Attempts to damage, overload or bypass the security of the service.

Reselling the service without an agreement with us.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect subtitle accuracy. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend an account that violates these terms. You can leave at any time — deleting your account also deletes your projects.

9. Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, you will be notified before they take effect.
